The joint administrators of your data are: Plzeňský Prazdroj Slovensko, a.s., IČO 31648479, Pivovarská 9, 082 21 Veľký Šariš (hereinafter also referred to as "administrator 1") and the operator KOZLOVNA (hereinafter referred to as "administrator 2"). The purpose of processing your above-mentioned personal data (and other common personal data associated with them, e.g. IP address, preferred and used services) is the realization of the reservation of the ordered service. We therefore process your personal data for the reason stated in the article. 6 par. 1 letter b) Regulations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in the case of taking measures prior to the conclusion of the contract at the request of this data subject. For the purpose of securing the reservation of services in the above-mentioned manner, the provision of your personal data is mandatory, otherwise it is not possible to implement your request, in this connection there is no automated decision-making or profiling. We will be happy to inform you about services similar to your order and events organized on the premises of KOZLOVNA. As a customer of the KOZLOVŇA concept, you can therefore expect the processing of your personal data that you have provided to us. We will carry out this processing due to a legitimate interest according to Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) GDPR to carry out marketing for the objects of our business and we will use your data for direct marketing purposes (when sending out commercial notices). We will send you commercial notices for a period of 3 years from your last order for services of the KOZLOVŇA concept or until the time when you refuse the sending of commercial information via the link provided in each sent commercial notice or you file an objection against such processing of personal data. You can object to direct marketing carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest of the joint administrators at any time to (personaldataprotection@eu.asahibeer.com). Your personal data may be provided to the following recipients: contractual partners administrator 1 and administrator 2 participating in the management of electronic data, in the organizational and technical security of sending marketing information, as well as to subjects to whom the provision of personal data results from the administrator by law. In order to adapt marketing offers to your individual needs, the administrator can use profiling for personalized marketing offers based on your order history.
